    El Síndic pide a la Generalitat que revise la fecha de alta en la Tesorería General de la Seguridad Social de sus trabajadores

    La institución del Síndic de Greuges ha tenido conocimiento de anomalías en las fechas de cotización de la vida laboral de empleados públicos de la Generalitat. A partir del análisis de las quejas recibidas, la institución ha constatado un decalaje temporal entre la fecha de inicio de la prestación de servicios en la Administración de la Generalitat y la fecha de alta en la Tesorería General de la Seguridad Social. La demora en el alta tiene efectos en las prestaciones del sistema, dado que reduce el período de cotización para la jubilación.

    Ombudsman hands over the Annual reports of the Ombudsman and NPM to the Speaker of the National Assembly

    On 6 June 2024, Human Rights Ombudsman Peter Svetina handed over the 29th regular Annual Report of the Human Rights Ombudsman and the 16th report of the National Preventive Mechanism for 2023 to the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Slovenia, Urška Klakočar Zupančič, MA, after he had forwarded it to the National Assembly one day prior in accordance with Article 5 of the Human Rights Ombudsman Act. After the meeting, the Ombudsman and the Speaker of the DZ made a public statement.

    La Defensoría del Pueblo de Jujuy en coordinación con la Dirección General de Personas Mayores brindó un charla informativa a concurrentes del «Centro de Día Virgen del Valle», ubicado en el barrio Mariano Moreno de la capital jujeña. El objetivo de esta iniciativa fue interiorizar a las personas mayores sobre la función de la defensoría, facultades, maneras de intervención y áreas de la misma.

Dans son Rapport annuel 2020-2021, l’Ombudsman explique en détail comment son Bureau a aidé des milliers d'Ontarien(ne)s à s’orienter au milieu des renseignements confus et évoluant rapidement sur les services publics pendant la pandémie de COVID-19.     Recently the Control Yuan (CY) published the 2020 Annual Report. In 2020, the CY received 13,153 people’s complaints and issued 306 investigation reports. Also 40 impeachment cases were passed and 85 corrective measure cases were proposed.The CY Annual Report 2020 is now available in English and Spanish.

    El Síndic de Greuges de Catalunya y la Sindicatura de Greuges de Barcelona recuerdan al Ayuntamiento que la tramitación de los empadronamientos sin domicilio fijo debe resolverse en tres meses y que el silencio es positivo. En los casos en los que la persona no tiene un domicilio fijo, el Ayuntamiento exige el informe de conocimiento de residencia, lo que podría alargar el proceso de empadronamiento seis meses o más.

    Extension of deadline: Tender for IOI regional subsidies 2024/2025

    The IOI Board of Directors decided at their Board meeting held in The Hague in May 2024 to continue the regional subsidy programme for the membership year 2024/2025. Members wishing to apply for regional subsidies can submit project proposals until 19 August 2024.
