This focus area was chosen because children and young people with a psychiatric diagnosis can be in a particularly vulnerable situation. This is especially true for children and young people who need to be hospitalised in the psychiatric sector.

El módulo de la Defensoría del Pueblo en Tingo María exhortó a la comisaría de Aucayacu, en la provincia de Leoncio Prado, a disponer acciones inmediatas para que se ejecuten y notifiquen un total de 30 medidas de protección por casos de violencia hacia mujeres, así como de violación sexual hacia niñas y adolescentes, emitidas entre los meses de junio y julio de este año por diversos juzgados, a fin de proteger adecuadamente a las víctimas.
