Il aura fallu attendre 2 ans pour que les citoyens de la Région de Bruxelles disposent du même service à l’égard des administrations bruxelloises. Catherine De Bruecker, ex-médiatrice fédérale, a été élue pour diriger ce nouveau service de médiation.
