2022-03-22Ombudsman Thailand presents executive summary of Annual Report 2021
During the 2021 financial year, the Ombudsman received a total of 4,866 complaints. After fact-finding, decisions and recommendations to relevant government agencies were issued on 2,675 of these complaints. The remaining 2,191 complaints are still under investigation.

The Commonwealth Ombudsman, Colin Neave, today released his report of the Investigation into service delivery complaints about Centrelink. The report features 40 case studies which illustrate the problems that led 9600 Centrelink customers to complain to the Ombudsman’s office between January 2012 and September 2013.

Ombudsman’s staff members participated in a round table where the final report on a survey studying the features and causes of Domestic Violence (DV) against women in Azerbaijan was presented to the corresponding authorities and the public. The representatives of the Ministry of Health, Public Health and Reforms Center of Azerbaijan, the Office of the Ombudsman and the State Committee for Family, Women and Child Issues participated at this event.

Ombudsman of Ontario, Andre Marin called for the Province of Ontario to give his office the authority to oversee institutions in the so-called MUSH sectors.
