IOI | First IOI NPM Training on „Implementing a Preventive Mandate“ successfully held in Riga, Latvia

IOI Secretary General, Günther Kräuter, opened the first IOI Training specifically designed for Ombudsman Institutions functioning as National Preventive Mechanism (NPM). The 2,5-day learning experience was hosted by the Ombudsman of the Republic of Latvia.

Signing of MOU between Korean and Australian Ombudsmen

Republic of Korea | Signing of MOU between ACRC of Korea and Commonwealth Ombudsman of Australia

The Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission (ACRC) of Korea (Chairman Sungbo Lee) and the Commonwealth Ombudsman of Australia (Ombudsman Colin Neave) signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in Canberra on June 10th, 2015 in order to enhance rights and interests of Koreans and Australians living in the other country and cooperation between the two Ombudsmen.
