Estonia | Capacity-building workshop “Human Rights on the Digital Age”

Dear Colleagues!

You are kindly invited to attend an IOI capacity-building workshop “Human Rights on the Digital Age” that will be held on 23-24 January 2018 in Tallinn, Estonia.

The workshop will explore contemporary challenges in digital society and Ombudsmen’s role in protecting human rights on the Digital Age. How to define good services in the Digital Age? How to implement interdisciplinary approach to protect citizens´ rights in digital society? What should be a reasonable balance between security, public interest and privacy? These are some of the topics we are going to address at the workshop. Inevitably, situations in different European countries differ from each other, and therefore we invite you to take an active part in the discussions and share your experience.

The working languages of the workshop are English, French and Spanish. Simultaneous translation in all working languages will be provided.
